Goose Green House

This stunning grade 2 listed country manor house was purchased in a serious need of renovation due to years of neglect. Planning permission was obtained to carry out various remedial works both externally and internally as well as permission to implement a new internal layout that ensured that all space within the house was functional and useful.

Ageing electrics, plumbing and hot water systems were replaced for modern and efficient ones. The entire external facade was uplifted and any structural weaknesses made good. The internal spaces were also all fully refurbished with stylish fixtures, fittings and furniture installed.

We have been informed that this house was a hunting lodge for English Monarchs of old and has also served as residence for the King of Norway. It was thus extremely fulfilling for us to be able to bring this charming home back to its former glory.

This project has been completed and sold.
